Sometimes, your consent in providing personal information will be evident, such as when you provide us with your email address to allow us to contact you or when you complete a form requesting information.  At other times, your consent may be implied when we collect information about the web pages you visited that includes, for example, your computer’s address on the Internet (IP address) or a web browser cookie, which is a small piece of text that a website places in your web browser that allows our site to recognize your personal computer the next time you visit.

    1. ANALYTICS

We use services such as Google Analytics, Analytics Agency, and Meta Pixel to improve our website and the user experience. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel collect aggregate information from user interactions on our website.

Aggregate information refers to website information collected and combined from multiple sources or individuals to provide summary or statistical information. It is website information that has been aggregated or grouped together to analyze patterns, trends, or general characteristics, while ensuring individual identities or specific details remain anonymous or anonymized.

In the context of Google Analytics, aggregate information includes, for example, the total number of website visitors, average time spent on the site, popular pages or topics, geographical location trends, and other statistical insights. This information helps us understand overall user behaviour and preferences without identifying specific individuals and make improvements to content and site structure. If you prefer to disable the collection of information you can Reject All cookies and tracking via the prompt on the website. For Google Analytics 4 specifically, you can visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. To enable or disable personalized advertising, please visit https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-personalization. If you wish to view or delete any website information that Google has collected about you, we recommend referring to https://myactivity.google.com/myactivity. If you do not want your information provided to Google Analytics through participation in NTIs website collection of information, you may opt out of providing your information altogether.

While we strive to provide you with options to manage your personal information, the collection and processing of information by Google are beyond our direct control. We encourage you to review and familiarize yourself with Google’s Privacy Policy and the available tools they provide to manage the personal information they may have about you through NTIs collection of website information.

We also use Agency Analytics to aggregate user behaviour data into a single report. Integration with Agency Analytics means that the platform has access to any data made available by the integrations API. If the integration requires a specific set of permission scopes to be authorized by the user, the API data accessed will also be limited to these scopes.

Data retrieved from certain integrations may be cached for a short period and may be stored on our servers to improve the deliverability of data with the service.
